We have a little place in Ruskin at the Tampa South Rv Resort and we thoroughly enjoy ourselves when we are able to get away for a short stay! They have a wonderful setting that is kept very clean and organized and their pool is always sparkling clean, with the perfect temperature! We love that we can keep our boat there and dock it right where we can see it from our little river cottage. Ruskin is a sleeper town and in the middle of so many wonderful large surrounding towns but it’s always nice to go back home to the quaint quiet peaceful setting of this little place, after you’re done having fun in the big city.

FYI, they allow dogs, but this is not a dog friendly park. The only grass is in front or at the park next door. Every site is crushed shells.

Loved this place! Employees were the nicest, most accommodating we've encountered. Park was clean and well maintained. Florida resident rate unbelievable! We will definitely be back!

Place is very clean. Staff is fabulous and accommodating. Sites are a little snug for our large class A. Loved the activities. This is not the resort life with concrete pads and casitas, but very nice shell base sites that drain well. Pool is heated in the winter. The location is a little noisy with traffic and train tracks. Otherwise would rate higher.
