I’ve only been here about a week, but so far it’s been great :) the two ladies in the office have been super helpful, and there are personal storage units which are helpful Some reviews say it’s noisy, but you are living in an apartment. It’s no noisier than the other ones I’ve been in!

This place is therapeutic. I was going through some serious personal issues. I was looking for a place that was friendly, kind and helpful. I stumbled over a gold mind. Pallis, I believe her name to be, was the most kindest person to me. She just didn’t guide me to the right apartment she gave me a brochures to help me become acclimated to my new home and backyard. I think if it wasn’t for her and her team I would be living somewhere else, miserable and sad. The cool thing about Pallis, she is always smiling and calls me by my name. Move in was super easy (Thanks to Victoria!) We are enjoying our new home with so many amenities. I think we are going to really like it here.

I had a terrible experience with this apartments, firstly the increased a 50% the rent without notice. Obviously I left the lease and the administration personal did their best to charge me additional fees also due to the absence of information from them and when comply about them their response and treat was disrespectful and very very unprofessional (Daisy), they gave me the back and left me talking alone. The business of these people is not leasing properties, it's cheat their guests. I was living on 1001 under the name of Angel Sanchez.
