There are apartments, and then there are apartments, but the biggest difference in an apartment complex are the people who make up the admin and maintenance staff. I honestly think that I have found the best people ever at Timbermill Apartments at 1481 Sawdust Rd, Spring, TX.

I live at Timbermill apartments.what a BUETIFUL place! And every is freindly and it's quite I call it my Oasis in the city!! Everytime I go to the office ( which I e been there many times) Bre dillagently helps me taking her time to fix my problem and Brenda meets me with a smile and helps to and the new lady always makes sure I'm taken care of !! What a awesomen experience!! I can't give them a 5 star but I can definitely give them a 10 star plus Infinity!! I hope Corporate office reads this review and gives them a bonus!! As they are truly assets to this community!!...

Evelyn - Our one bedrooms are currently going for $825.00. This price does include your water, trash and pest control. So you will be billed the same amount each month (other than prorated amounts if you move in or out other than the 1st or last day of the month). The only utilities you need to set up and pay for on your own are electricity and cable. Sandra - I am truly sorry for not seeing your question sooner. There are several requirements in the qualifying process for affordable housing - credit only be one of them. There is also criminal, rental, income and employment. If you could please call us directly at the property (281-362-1481), we would be happy to go over all that is involved in the process if you are still in need of an apartment. No. There's no gym. It does have a pool tho. The clubhouse is an area where they have stuff for the residents like computers access, books and movies that you can check out or you can hang in there watching t.v. etc. ;) hope it helps.
Yes it is. There is a Maximum income you must you be under that is based off the number of people that will be living in the apartment.
