We drove 25 minutes to drop off returns at this UPS store because it was the only one that was open on Sunday. We got there and the door was locked, gate was down. Even the hours posted on the door say they're open until 3pm on Sundays. Either there are some employees that are not doing their jobs, or they need to update their hours on Google so people don't drive out of their way to a closed store. We met a lady outside who has a business mailbox at that location and she said this is one of the worst and most inconsistent UPS stores, and she's trying to move her mailbox somewhere else but the employees won't process her request. Definitely not coming back to this location.

They are not honoring notary appointments made online on their website and employees are totally clueless about these appointments or the notary services. Do not waste your time. The sign on the door says "Notary" but this is just a lie.
