My wife and I bought a "Certified Pre Owned" 2021 Yukon AT4 from this dealer less than 48 hours ago. As my wife was driving to work this morning it died with no warning. After opening the hood to see if I could figure anything out I noticed that the alternator was only hanging on by a few threads. With this being quite literally right in front of your face this makes me question how this vehicle was a "Certified Pre Owned" vehicle. Our salesman Brandon H. however was great, he was very new but nothing but professionalism from him. I have no problem editing this review once this situation is rectified, but for the amount of money spent on this vehicle this is unacceptable. *Edit - 11/4/2022* 3 months later and still no solution. As you can see in their response they asked me to contact the GM, however despite calling countless times I am always given an excuse as to why they are unavailable. Their "attempt" at fixing my problem left multiple loose exposed wires hanging under the dash and did nothing to actually fix the problem.

For the past 30min I've been trying to get a hold of someone in parts. It keeps ringing and ringing. At times it sounds like someone picks up and hangs up right away. Horrible.

4.5 if possible I was serviced immediately as I arrived at the dealership by a man named Braydon. He was attentive and patient with me as a explained what I needed done to my 2016 X5. He walked through with me what the process for repair would look like and laid out and estimate for the pricing. Only complaint that I have is that the dealership was out of Loaner vehicles, and the shuttle service they provide took about an hour and a half to arrive.
