Nice little lake with picnic area, new restrooms, and several lights around the lake. Alot of lake weeds on the bottom of the lake which makes fishing for bass with artificial worms a little more challenging but I did manage to catch 1. I dont know why only part of the photo shows. Its not like that on my device or the preview before I post. Must be Maps because I have 2 pics of this fish in my gallery but maps will only show 1 pic of this fish in my gallery.

Lake Cherokee is a great place but when people disrespect it by trash on the ground it shows how much people care about public places, I know that someone is going to have something smart to say and that's fine God knows I'm sure of it.

No you can fish an boat but no swimming.
Any good catfishing and carp fishing here and if so any good spots and bait ..mostly carp I love how they pull
