So I want to start off by saying we can learn something from this man! Christian went above and beyond for myself and my daughter. I was moving from California to Texas Christian took it upon himself to FaceTime me so I can look at the apartment. He was the assistant at the time. Not only was he polite and respectful very professional ! The only problem I had with this property was the parking! Overall he is the best Manager Ever. Please give him a raise as you do not come across Good people like him these days! He take his job serious but he is not uptight! Professional yet personable! No discrimination Ever very fair and last but not least he Does not abuse his position. This industry has changed so please keep him happy and he should be able to train other property managers to be more like him! Christian your truly amazing 🤩

This apartment is worse i never see. My wheel stolen and no one care even the managers said not our responsibility. They dont have any cameras even the main gait always open no one control who is entering and not secure at all

I've live here for 4 years moved 2 months ago made some good friends in the process the management is cool the area is nice close to a lot of stores and attractions. I come by every so often to visit friends. The only issue I have is is the A/C in the basketball court has been out of order since the beginning of the summer. It's always hotter in there than it is outside. I brought it to management attention many times they just say there working on it but nothing in that regard has ever been accomplished. If that gets fixed I'll adjust my rating.

Got asked to leave because somebody invaded my home and shot my friend in the process of robbing me. Management is now putting charges for the damages the person invading my home caused against me after telling me that nothing would happen as long as i left after the month was up, seeing that i already paid for it. I left in the middle of December, yet my final report says i moved out January 6th? Report also says i took the keys, when an i have an employee of theirs, on record, saying she knows i turned the keys in. The managers here act very sneaky and will fully take advantage of you if given to opportunity. The property itself is lovely but management makes it so ugly. 10/10 would not recommend.
