The Park at Research Forest is a beautiful property and well maintained. My 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is beautiful. I have received excellent service from the office staff. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Spent 5 years at The Park. Initial staff were excellent but standards dropped when ZRS took over. As an example I had a leaking bath for over 12 months that wasn’t repaired. Eventually I was told that ZRS management had refused to approve a replacement despite increasing my monthly rent twice in this period. It’s a shame, - great location.

Noise hasn't been an issue, I've lived here for at least 9 months and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I live on the ground floor, and yes you can hear some of the stumping but it hasn't been bad at all, I've lived on other apartments in the past that were way louder. I can't hear anything through the walls at all when it is all quiet. These are very nice apartments, the people that work here are pretty nice and maintenance is taken care of quick. They are always improving the areas and keeping up with them. Again, as far as noise, I dont have any issues at all. Hope that helps.
