Cool metro station next to a few places to get groceries like Ralph's. Decent motels near there also.

This is the first stop in Hollywood. Outside is Ralphs, Ross, Starbucks and Marshall. There are more and more new stores in the area. This is also at the border of Los Feliz. Therefore you'll see two different crowds: Hollywood and Los Feliz.

No, there's not parking
From Union Station about 0200 (2:00 am)
No, though you may be able to find unrestricted (except for street cleaning day) parking on nearby streets.
No. You might be able to find street parking (check signs for restrictions). Or if you're brave enough, park in Marshall's above ground parking, or underground at Ralph's across the street.
