I arrived at urgent care at approximately 0845 hours. I waited a couple of minutes in line to check-in and about 10 minutes for triage. The male nurse checked vitals & said I would need to wait again in the waiting area to be called into a room. I waited another 10 minutes then was called in by a female nurse that placed me in a room. And guess where I am at typing this review. Still in the freaking room. I saw the same nurse walking the hall and I asked her where was the doctor and she said she’s coming but she haven’t showed up yet. Waited a whole 45minutes!!! Kaiser by far quality SUCKS. I remember when it was quality over quantity...guess things has changed. Get It Together.

Appioments always helped fast urgent care typical wait time like no more then 15 mins really glad about service especially the nurses are really nice and helpful. So far so good.

I'm just so spoiled by the ,what I call care team, that works at this Kaiser facility. Every time I visit, I don't wait to long and I receive great professional treatment . Ty So much Kaiser care team . You guys are awesome .
