I lived in this building for four years it used to be a very nice well kept place.. But the water pipes kept breaking and it ended up smelling like mold and mildew. It used to kept well cleaned. Last time I was there it was messy... If they just spend the money to clean it completely then they would be a 5 star rating again.

I have lived here for 3 years. It's been a great place. No place is perfect but I've lived other places and Martin Towers is one of my favorites. The apartment I have is spacious and comfortable. Central heat and air. Utilities included in the rent. This is a HUD property. Tenants pay subsidized rent based on income. You must be diabled or elderly to apply here. All the tenants are adults but family and friends are always welcome. Grandchildren In My case! I have met great friends, there is a community room and an on sit coin operated laundry room. The bus station is a block away. All of this in a historical building. It may not be everyones cup of tea but I like it no
