You can call any private garbage hauler who also offers curbside recycling. Some of these may offer pickup at commercial establishments, however, most will only offer residential service (for a fee). Or, try to find out from the stadium who their vendors are, and then call and see if they'll offer service to other locations in the area. Recycling is a business, and the markets are fairly weak right now, so it may be difficult to find companies who want to invest in the transportation infrastructure that this would require.
