This apartment complex is amazing! The staff are super helpful and patient, especially LeAsia, she’s very attentive and will make you feel very at home! The property is beautiful and I would highly recommend living here!

This place is something else. Don’t let the website fool you. We moved in about a month ago and we have old cabinets and appliances. Only thing up to date was the stove. Looking at the website things were supposed to be brand new. Here we have our cabinets coming off the walls, missing handles and our drawers are cut out piece of plywood…don’t even have a track for them. our fridge is falling apart and missing racks, our dishwasher almost caught fire, countertops are so uneven and chipping, and the so called cleaning job was a joke! The paint job that was done was horrible..they painted over someone’s hair in both bathrooms🤮 we had some green goo hanging from our livingroom ceiling, painted over our bathroom tile in the showers and again the countertops and cabinets are horrible in them. Faucets don’t fit and have unmatching knobs. We had cigarette butts in our windows, which some don’t stay up by themselves.Patio door is hardly a door. Our ceiling fans damn near look like they are going to spin right off the ceiling. People don’t know how to park. Don’t get me started on the gnats and cockroaches..they are EVERYWHERE!!! Nothing is done about anything, you get put on a “list” that seems to be miles long at this point. Very disappointed.

In the past my experience has not been good at all. I'm happy to say the last two months at wyndcliff Galleria things have turned around I pray you continue.

Review as of October 22nd 2022. Horrible Customer service!!! 4th change in management since July 2021 when we moved in. Bottom line, cushwake is only interested in making the most money from residents without putting in effort to take care of the needs of the community. There have been many issues. The apartments are of poor quality and are extremely overpriced. Do not be fooled by the new paint job. The apartments have had roaches since move-in, the community has had a stray cat/random animal infestation since we moved in, the dumpsters are outdated and have frequently overflowed with trash... Management, especially Ms Alba, is extremely rude. They put on a good face for signing the lease but become oppressive once you move-in. They charge random extra fees, frequently harass and threaten residents. They recently threatened to fine all the residents in building 18 because someone put trash outside their individual door. This just doesn't make sense. Do not be fooled by the "good reviews" they intentionally fish for likes and bribe select residents. They recently had a breakfast giveaway and then proceeded immediately to fish for good reviews. I think new management is needed that addresses the needs of the community, especially the many families with young children rather than the current oppressive management. Renter beware!!!

Questions & Answers

Why does this place still have asbestos in the ceilings? Something tells me that can't be too safe to breathe in. Especially with covid going around ruining people's respiratory systems already...

Noooo, everything in the apartment I had needed everything updated except the stove. When my old stove stopped working they did replace it with a new one. But everything else was at least rust and moled, paint peeling off the walls and the bathroom tubs...... I would be very cautious renting from them. And they change management or ownership like the weather and when that happens everything is screwed up and you might not get any service until you keep calling or you might have to walk to the office in order to see someone to request what you need to be fixed...

How I can pay the rent online??

I recommend that you pay with a money order, or check, and ask them to give you a copy or you take a photo copy, since this place is irresponsible and they lose the checks and then they say that they have not received the rent payment.

Do you get administration fee back if denied for apartment?

Unsure if you get administration feedback, probably not though. The admin usually only does the bare minimum, if that.
