I went there to return my iphone and found the staff unhelpful. Most of the tech companies has this lackluster attitude towards the customer. Even though I saw lot of staff floating around the store, Most of them are unhelpful and are not knowledgeable about the return process.

I didn't expect such a bad customer service from Apple: I came to Apple Store shopping for new MacBook. For ~30 mins no one came to me despite few store workers were just hanging out in the middle of the store not talking to any customers. When I approached one of them trying to ask a question - she told me that in order to do that I need to make an appointment and next available time slot is next day. The fact that I need to make an appointment in order to to be able to spend $4500 just doesn't fit into my head. On the positive side of things - I was able to save couple grand because Apple's customer service made me go with a different laptop brand.

Went to this store on a Monday afternoon to buy an iPad Mini with a trade in. One of the staff was very friendly to help us make an appointment an hour later. When we showed up to make our appointment, we were told there were still five people in the line. I really wish there can be some sort of message notification to let me know in advance the waiting time would be instead just waiting in the store.

Great store, got to check out multiple things. I went to get some apple watch bands, most colors were out of stock or the size was unavailable. Also the store was moderately crowded, making a bit hard to get help. Nonetheless, good place to learn about the products and try some of them in person.

I had the same problem so I called Apple and they set it up. They said I could t do it through calling the store (I think that’s ridiculous personally).

You can walk into the store and make an appt to talk to them but I don’t think they will do anything without the administrator there.
No
not sure exactly, but they should be able to quote you over the phone if you give them a call. There's also many places that fix them in the community, so you may want to look around! Good luck
Apple announced all Apple stores are closed until March 27, 2020.
Just give them a call
Approach the above apple store they will help. However I am not sure if the mouse pointer can be restored
Yes, it is likely that taxes will apply.

Yes all the Apple stores conduct training class across the world
If Apple sells it they would have it.
I would suggest (and Apple would suggest) that you upgrade your phone to a newer iPhone or switch to Android. And we don't just say that because Apple wants you to spend more money. Apple has discontinued security updates to the all phones older than the iPhone 7. That means that you are vulnerable to hacks and data breaches by using that phone. Oftentimes people own Apple because they claim it is more secure. That point is debatable, but no one debates how insecure it is to be on the older, unsupported iPhones. Do note that being unsupported securitywise is separate from being on the latest iOS that your phone allows you to be on. If you really want the same phone but want to update the iOS, your best bet is to delete files and apps on your phone to make room for the upgrade and install it.
Easiest way is to go-to Apple's support website portal with your Apple ID and schedule an appointment. This way you can pick your date and time exactly. You can also call them but it's slower if you know you want an appointment. Calling them is good if you need support questions answered.
You need to go online vto Apple's website and schedule an appointment there. You can also schedule an appointment by calling the store or doing a walk in. Honestly with such a short notice, only a 50/50 chance you'll get one today but you never know
Right above Microsoft Store. There is an escalator just a little down the way outside the Microsoft Store that takes you up right by the Apple store.
plug it to your computer, get your deviceId and use apple care web site to check your insurance online
You can either do a walk in appointment which is on a first come first serve basis and they only take so many people per day or you can schedule an exact date and time by using the Apple web support portal using your Apple or you can also schedule via the Apple support phone line. If you can't find the number, just call the local Apple store and you'll get transferred to the central call center.
The Store is open every day
Yes, They had 5 of iPods available 3 days before X'mas. It was the the only store carried airpods around puget sound area. Call the store to make sure they have and keep it for you.
Call them
Just get there before 9:30,probably like 9:15. You will get standby appointment most probably within an hour. If you get late, they might get booked out or might have 3-4 hrs waiting time
Please take down your personal info and contact the store or customer service directly
Check their website

how do I get my battery replaced at he apple store in Bellevue washington
You'd have to contact the store directly by phone or online. I've yet to see an Apple rep cruising Google maps. They likely have batteries in stock for most current models.
Yes, but it's not worth much as a good condition iPhone. Maybe worth $40.
The updates are on line, but in the store they can restore and update your phone, you will need to make a n appointment
You can Trade-up for a new iPhone or let Apple solve it.
Yes.
You should call the store to find out.
Get a genius appointment
It is a good idea to make a reservation online or over the phone before coming in. Otherwise you would be mislead by their system as to how long you would need to wait.
You can go to their website or you can use the store application which is different than the App Store
