I've been there many times in the past. They do ok, not great. Couple days later than last time I was there I noticed that my Celine sunglasses and my perfume were missing, as soon as I found out This place came to my mind, since no one ever drives my car and those items been in my car for years! I called the place and told them, girl who answered the phone told me she will let the manager know and they will call me back! Never received the call, I even told them that my stuff were expensive! I wasn't expecting for them to pay me back or i don't know try to find out who stole them but I did expect for them to call me back and ask a few questions!! They steal and don't do a good job on your car.

I've been here a couple times and the first time I was really satisfied, the second time I asked for the same detailer, and he did a decent job on the inside but left grease or something around the wheel wells and on the wheels and the windows were not clean. I had to clean them again when I got home. I expect a lot more for the Platinum treatment.

Poor job cleaning. I paid $29 (plus a $$5 tip) for a better clean. When I got home I realized the tech cleaned only the front door of the side I entered when getting into my vehicle. Poor vacuum job also. I had to finish it myself. Won't be going back. It used to be a really good place for a car wash. Too bad it no longer is. My next car wash was at Brown Bear in Factoria. Much better clean and service.

Worse car wash service I ever had. Total waste of money. I took the platinum wash (44$) that includes the interior cleaning. Dust on the easily accessible areas itself was not cleaned so forget about the areas that are not easily accessible. The person who took care of the interior and exterior cleaning that’s included in the package also didn’t cleaned the car properly. The associate responded that it’s not their responsibility to clean the outside areas when asked regarding the dust that can be easily seen at multiple exterior spots though it’s included in the package. Only thing that impressed me is the vacuum that I can easily get anywhere for around 5$ that I can do myself. I would recommend to stay away from this place and save your money.
