Visited Arras when I was looking for apartments in Bellevue. Tiffany showed me couple of the apartments and did a tour of all the amenities. All the amenities were great and apartments were nice, spacious. Tiffany is a gem, she was very kind, helpful & professional. She answered all my questions patiently and did frequent follow ups after the tour. I will be considering Arras for my next move for sure.

I just moved in for couple months and already regretted my decision. Here are couple things for people who are interested in Arras and need to be really aware!!! 1. Fetch: Arras doesn’t have their own mail room like other properties near by, they partner with Fetch to deliver your packages and charge each resident $20/month. Fetch’s service is horrible, they keep delaying in delivery by postponing logging your packages in their system and it already happened 5 times I need to manually call them to locate my package in their warehouse. Most importantly, a lot of Amazon products are not allowed to send to a freight forwarding address which is super inconvenient. 2. Parking: The parking situation is still bad since they didn’t keep their promise to send people frequently checking the parking permit so someone will park at your dedicated spot or people from outside keep parking in the paid parking zone. 3. Maintenance: They resolve the ticket first even there is still pending work need to be done but completely forgot to circle back with the resident. For changing a light bulb, you will need to wait a week or so. I highly recommend people to think twice before move into Arras.

Arras was one of the few apartments I toured when looking for a studio apartment in Bellevue. The assistant manager, James, was phenomenal through every step of the leasing process. He showed me around the property and explained with great detail all the amenities that Arras has to offer. I am moving to Washington from the East Coast for work, and while it is quite a big move, the Arras team has already made me feel at home!

I am looking for an apartment and decided to visit a couple of locations today and Arras was one of them. I called earlier in the week and spoke to James, one of the managers. He was very helpful and answered all of my (many!) questions. I enjoyed touring the apartments with James, he was very polite, professional and informative. He was very busy and possibly the only person working? Even so, he took the time to make me feel welcome and not rushed. The apartments are beautiful!! I love how the area seems like a small community and there is even a brewey within walking distance! I have a couple of other places I'm looking at, but Arras is my top choice so far.
