Not impressed by the Customer Service or lack there of from Carl Stavney. Really terrible manners on the job, unprofessional, and seems to just be going through the motions. I would steer clear of him.

Helpful employees showed me several options and explained the light color and life expectancy of led fixtures to me. And why not to buy a cheep one on amazon.

I am very disappointed by this store and its service. i found one nice-looking floor lamp in the store and made the order. When I received my order, the shade is different from what it displayed in the store. So, I contacted the customer support and bring my shade back for replacement. Then the sales explained to me that the shade i received is actually the right one with the floor lamp, the displayed one is not and needs extra pay. This is very misleading to customers, and I am surprised they still keep that misleading combo there.

Great selection of interesting lights for inside and outside the home. Good range of prices for each type of light. We got very little help with our search - someone offered and looked up stock on a few items, but we really needed someone with an eye for design and who could make recommendations.
