There’s no reason a PUBLIC LIBRARY should have timed parking spots. Especially parking spots that are only an hour and a half. If I can’t even be at the library for two hours then what’s the point of going? You’re better off just staying home or going to another place. It’s ridiculous.

Your only allowed to spend 2 hours of time here when that may not be enough for whatever said objectives you came here to do personally I feel there should not be a 2 hour time limit of how long you can stay at a LIBARY even if the cases of covid spikes your not allowed anywhere without a mask so there shouldn't be a problem.

I do not believe the computers here are equipped with Rosetta Stone software. The good news is that the Carnegie keeps a wide collection of DVDs. A special request may be useful for language studies.
They aren't doing tax assistance you can get it done at the Bull Street library
