Derrick (sales manager) made the purchase easy, and when my bike had a serious mechanical failure, Adam (owner) went the extra mile to coordinate with Guzzi and bird-dog things to get me rolling on the same day. This is the positive effect of an owner who is personally invested in his customers.

All these negative reviews about title and plate delays, rudeness, hard finance. I am looking to buy a Moto Guzzi, unfortunately these less popular brand end up at problematic dealers. I live almost 3 hrs away in a different state, I need a reliable dealer, if anything goes wrong I can’t be going back and forth. I was really looking forward to the trip this week, but after all these reviews, I think not.

I purchased my 2021 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory on 08/05/2022, and was so excited. Found out later there was a glitch with my dash. I will say the owner went above and beyond to correct it. Good customer service is hard to find now a days and I’m so thankful that the owner values it. Things sometimes happen that are beyond our control and it’s no one’s fault, which was the case. Thanks Adam, I appreciate the assistance. Thanks Kurt for taking my calls and always being available.

I bought a new MotoGuzzi and when I received it was leaking oil from the shaft.I called to get it picked up and fixed and I was told the problem would go away.Well it never did so I requested to have it picked up again and they told me if I expected them to close the shop to pick up my motorcycle wich was under warranty. I contacted cycles of Jacksonville and they were happy to help me so after that experience I will never buy or recommend anyone to do business with this company.
