So these guys came to my apt because I had a water leakage and they were there to dry up the water. Some of my personal hemp was stolen out of my bag. Be careful when using this company. They send thieves to do repairs. I told the manager I had them on camera stealing and he told me to call the police. Crazy. Unresolved. Unsatisfied.

We had a major house fire on a Saturday morning and we called Servpro that evening hoping to protect/save as much of the downstairs as possible from water and smoke damage. Rob from Servpro came out to the house Sunday morning and by that evening they had a generator there to start the drying process. From that day on, Servpro has been incredible. We used Servpro from the Smoke Remediation all the way through reconstruction. They are all extremely kind, responsive and knowledgeable. They made this stressful time so much easier.
