Worst service ever !!! Had a leak several years ago at the city’s expense!!! expected me to pay full amount of $1800 on their mistake !!! Was harass on getting on a payment plan then to add insult to injury… my family member told all her superiors my personal business?? where my husband works , what type of car I drive how much my house is worth !!! I don’t see any of that having to do with the water bill…just a bunch of jealousy !! Pls make it make sense!!!!!

Are they closed on veteran's day
What a waste of life
There has been no changes in the water bill for every 2 months.
Good morning Nelia. I don't know if your scheduled trash pickup is on Tuesday or Wednesday, but we were closed on Monday in observance of the New Year holiday, and so they resumed their regular pickup schedule on Tuesday.
On your bill, it should have a prior reading, and a current reading. Those numbers measures the amount of water you've used in a 2-month billing cycle. Your readings are measured by cubic feet, (also units).
I'll assume it's your water bill Check and make sure you don't have a broken line. It could also be they haven't read the meter for a few months and you used more then they averaged your bill.
By a week so if it's due Friday you have still next Friday to pay it
Online
No. You would have to contact Georgia Power
Your USAGE. Look on your Bill..Where it's listed as CCF Units, Is that a high number? If so that is the #1 reason. Also..check to see if your Bill is estimated, that should be under "other messages" under the Bar graph on the left side of your Bill. 👍
No.

8:15am-5pm
No ma'am. You can call.
Depending on your location water, sewer, and trash is included. If you're in an unincorporated area that the City covers, then it's just the water and sewer included. Deposit is $100, with lease and valid ID. If you're a homeowner, you'd have to provide proof of ownership (i.e. deed, closing statements, legal documents) and valid ID to be waived the deposit.
Online, walmart, kmart, pay by text or western union. 😁
