The woman( I can't for the life of me call her a lady) in charge of answering phone calls today 8/2/22 at 1:40 PM it is extremely unpolite, unprofessional and overly aggressive. I was on hold for 20 minutes she cannot wait 5-10 seconds for somebody to get their license out of the wallet(because they are on a timer) She wasted more time arguing and overexplaining, than the 5 seconds it took me to get everything ready, After which she proceed to do everything with an attitude. And do not resolve my issue she responded on a demeaning way for an interaction that took 45 secs + 1 min 10sec of her ranting.

Phone call relating to school tax for seniors, very helpful woman helped me … thanked her for working. Remember how Savannah used to be, friendly and had time to answer questions. What a pleasure.

Wrapping up my tag office saga (see other location's reviews,) this location wins by a land slide! I made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes before and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was helped promptly, and courteously, by Ashley. It was refreshing to receive actual service without a bad attitude. I highly recommend this location, even with the lack of parking.

My car is registered in Chatham because that is the residential address of the owner. The car is parked in Florida for over half of the year. By law, I must hold Florida Insurance and Chatham, GA registration. The county charged me fines for this and advised me to break insurance laws. I reached out to my insurance companies insurance verification team and they were able to correct the problem. Chatham County customer service reps advised me to get GA insurance illegally and lie to my insurance company about my location.
