My experience at center was very smooth. The front desk /check in desk personal was mindful her computer was taking time to start and apologized the wait. The technician Kelly was very professional ;explained the procedure did not rush me and made things light with her humor. The Dr. was courteous and explained what he saw. All is all a very great experience.

I went in straight from my doctor’s office without an appointment to the Sunnyvale location. I was greeted warmly and had about 5-10 minutes of paperwork and waited for maybe 5 minutes before being called. The procedure took another 10 minutes and I was out of there. Four hours later, I was able to view the results online. Very efficient and impressive!

I took my mother in for an appointment. Every contact was positive from the call to help set up the appointment, reminders, to the visit itself. We were told how to access the test results and how long it should take to get them. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

By time I was dressed and walking out to the front lobby. They had the CD ready for me and I didn’t have to wait. Thank you
