Nice little museum and it is free. You can watch the trains go through this station. Grandkids loved that. They had a few trains on display outside. None that you can enter. The Galveston, Tx train museum let's you enter old passenger and locomotives. You do have to pay a fee for that one. But it is worth it.

Visited this establishment on accident while traveling in amtrak to LA. But I'm so glad That I was able to stop and view l part of American history. If you're traveling and you've never been here and Happen to be passing it. Stop and take in the sights.

No, currently it is just the exterior. When I was there the weekend of 05/29/21 there was no anticipated date of re-opening.
Yes but it's closed due to covid so you can only climb on the real trains outside.
It is free to get in if you just want to look around. If there is some type of event you can look up the prices. This was last time I went. Hope this was helpful.
