The Physicians Assistant that conducted my over-the-phone consultation seemed attentive. I felt confident that she addressed all my concerns. She said my prescription would be ready in an hour. I stayed in town for two hours to make sure of it. Walmart never received an order from Meridian. This scenario happened twice while I waited at Walmart I called Merdian, and I was told the PA would call it in. I wait another hour. I call back. I was assured my order was going in. Meridian closed. Now Walmart Pharmacy is getting ready to close, it is the evening but still have no prescription ordered. When I spoke with the person who took my calls, she didn't understand that we senior citizens travel in extreme weather conditions. I expressed also that a trip from as far out of town as I live is an unnecessary financial burden to place on a senior citizen. Meridian seems quite calloused in services a senior needs. Not one single follow-up call was made to me, even when I expressed my urgent needs. After all, they identify themselves as being “urgent” care providers.

I have a bad rash starting on my back spreading fast and painful went to see the urgent care Doctor but they were only doing phone visits so I agreed after not receiving a call after 4 hrs I called the office nobody picked up the phone after 12 noon called several times with no answer I called the next morning the receptionist said the Doctor would be calling me soon now 30 hours later she's still telling me they'll call and still nothing yet the lying Doctor said she called several times but my phone and my wife's never rang. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND WASTING YOUR TIME
