There shouldn't be a drop off fee, but the one way price maybe a little higher. Also the Barstow location doesn't have a key drop box after hours because of the security bars on the building entrance. At least that's how it was 6 months ago when I did it.

The price for each day of rental beginning date is set regionally. Different cars have additional category fees. Various discounts also apply. Holidays and weekends can be highet. Extras add to the price, like extra zero deductible comprehensive. As a long time customer and sr citizen, with every imaginable discount, I usually pay as little as 49 dollars plus fuel per day. This is a midweek non holiday rate. Avis is generally the best rate in town. They accept debit cards with visa logo, and most credit cards. Safe journey!
