My Apple Watch glass broke on the back! Called apple and they said to take it to apple store to repair it! I go to the apple store and they don’t even look at the watch and say it has to be replaced. The rep says they don’t fix watches. When I called apple support again they want me to go to another location or send the watch in to determine if it can be repaired! I asked about the cost and if it can’t be repaired then what! Apple said I might as well buy a new watch no warrant on device only software. I only had the watch for 4 months! Smh the worst experience ever how can you determine if it can be repaired or not if you don’t even look at it!

Big shame on apple. Slowed down older iPhones to encourage me to buy a new one. Pathetic. I paid my hard earned money to buy your phones trusting I can use them for longer times and this is the fraud going on.
