Our son was admitted late to MIT and we needed to find him a place to live and we only had a few days to do it. Protocol Kendall Square was one of the places we called and from early on in our call they made it clear they would do everything they could to help. We drove up this Labor Day weekend and we cant say enough about the help Olivia gave us. She really went out of her way to shepherd through our application on a holiday weekend and arranged storage for the stuff we brought while waiting for final apartment approval, even hassling her supervisor at home on a weekend to get approval. While we dealt mostly with Olivia we initially spoke with Nathalia and when Olivia was not there she took over the job of hand holding and making phone calls to let us know everything was in order. I have run a business for many years and before that was a military officer. I am used to evaluating people on job performance. These guys were wonderful. (The apartments and facilities were also top notch. We very much lucked out finding this place.)

I just recently moved into this apartment, the facilities are new and the soundproofing is very good. The concierges and leasing team are friendly and the move-in process was pleasant. It is very convenient to get delivery and takeaway. I am happy that I chose this apartment to live in.

The new management is amazingly kind, caring and available for any needs. Super recommend Proto. Location is excellent, amenities are always polished, the apartments are brand new. Staff is great!

The living experience in Proto has been great, however this great impression is damaged by the fact that they do not issue my refund check almost 2 months after I moved out. Proto is fantastic in terms of location, facilities and service. It is extremely close to MIT and many biotech companies around. The common area is amazing and well maintained. The management team is generally responsive and helpful, until I request for my refund check after moving out. According to them, it is supposed to be mailed within 1 month after moving out, however it didn't happen. When I asked them whether and when they mailed it, there has not been response.
