This is a company, across the board, that upholds the value of great customer service. Consistently, office to office, time after time. My most recent rental from the Bellevue (140th Avenue) office was no different, Friendly, engaging staff, who ask questions then listen to the answer. Sure, the cars are clean and well-kept, the pricing in competitive (if not sometimes the best), but it is the service that sets them apart. Thank you to Daniel Spurgeon and team. When my "baby" is in the shop, you will always be my choice for a rental.

Pleasant and smooth experience of booking and picking up a rental van, largely due to Ms Roya — she was fabulous, friendly, and went out of her way to get me the van I booked. She was quick-thinking, a natural problem solver, genuinely cared about customers. Experiences with staff members like these make a customer experience delightful. :)

SCAM ALERT: if you go here for a rental through an insurance claim, the employees will say insurance is covering all charges, and then enterprise will bill YOU and NOT INSURANCE for the full amount. Never, ever go here. I contacted the email listed in the reply and they won't communicate unless I pay them in full. Just a joke.
