This is the be worst place ever so far that I have been too. Your ER nurses need better bedside manners. Less attitude and actually care instead of treat people as just a paycheck.

We had a great experience at this hospital in the family birth and newborn center on 9-2 through 9-5-2022. Dr. Xenophon performed my c-section and did a great job; my incision area looks great. The nurses, lactation consultants, and everyone who took care of us were amazing. The food was really good. Our experience was fantastic, from the labor and delivery room to the postpartum room after our baby was born. The family birth and newborn center was great and very pretty.

The labor unit on the fourth floor is absolu outstanding, my girlfriend just delivered her baby here and these guys are around the clock 24/7 on top of everything, and all the reviews on here made me feel uneasy about having my child be born here… These people here go above and beyond. So grateful for them. Highly recommend, very professional, and very polite. Thanks!!

My dad was very sick a few weeks back. He asked to go to the hospital, which he never does. He went in an ambulance. The hospital put him in a room all alone for hours, with no way to contact anyone. They would not allow me or my sister to go back and see him at all. Strange, considering they did absolutely nothing for him. We took him to a different hospital the next day and found out that his sickness had made him severely dehydrated. This other hospital claimed that they could only do as much as the 1st hospital did, but ended up doing 5 times as much by default. They rehydrated my dad. He was no longer as white as a ghost. My dad could have died due to negligence. The staff and doctors are completely incompetent. The fact that they didn't know to rehydrate this person is pathetic. Everyone that works here should be fired!!! This whole county is severely lacking in terms of medical care. Furthermore, my neighbor down the hall from me caught some kind of infection a while later and ended up in this horrible place. I had to dial 911 for her. They took her by ambulance as well. She left without her shoes. She could barely walk due to being in pain. The people that took her to the hospital insisted they would find a ride home for her, as did the staff at the hospital, which is probably the only reason she went in the first place. She called me at 4am to pick her up because the doctor, after getting done with her, went and told somebody, (A nurse maybe) to tell my neighbor to walk home... She was in her socks and could barely walk at all! God forbid she stepped on a heroin needle, or a piece of glass... This place should be investigated immediately! IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!!
