I purchased Samsung Galaxy S21 8 monts ago, Phone worked fine for 6 months. I went to this store they were of no help. I called Verizon customer support and they gave me replacement phone and it worked for 2 months. I again went to store but no help. They are interested in selling new phone and no service after sale. I would never go to this store.

Me and my husband arrived at Verizon and Briond gave us THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Highly recommend him being promoted or at least in a lead position because he was amazing!

The associate was no help for getting new Sim card and upgrading to new phone. Told us to call tech support. 🙄
