FloodPros saved our home from significantly more water damage than we would have had if we had not called them. A supply line under a sink in a bathroom in our home failed and water built up and flowed through about half of our main floor of our home and seeped through to flood that same portion of the floor below. It all happened late at night and we knew time was important to prevent as much damage as we could. We called two other water remediation companies who took a long time to respond with even a return phone call. Thankfully we found FloodPros. They arrived within an hour and their team worked through the night and again many hours the next day and through the next week to clean up the water and take the measures necessary to prevent mold. They did a great job. Our home damage was significantly less than expected initially due to their hard work, knowledge, and tremendous efforts. Every person we encountered with FloodPros has been hard-working, diligent, knowledgeable, and very kind.

Very quick response! My AC overflowed causing a flood in the 2nd floor ceiling. Removed all the damaged flooring and ceiling along with trash from the damaged areas. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the payment process was a bit difficult in the end. My insurance didn’t cover all the cost and I had to pay out of pocket. It was a bit of back and forth to finalize my payment. Nevertheless awesome response time!
