Needed to get a rapid covid test to return to work got sent away because I'm not a active patient, yet both my parents have got a test from you with out being patients!

I provided my insurance information and they billed the wrong company, then sent me to collections. Not sure why they ran into this problem as Sky Lakes had no trouble billing my insurance. Their incompetence will keep me from ever coming back.
