So it’s like everyone says the service from both the doctors and the staff are great it’s just the phone service has been the annoying part of it all. Also the wait time to see the doctor on an appointment is a bit dragged out something that they could definitely manage one soon I hope. But I like this place.

Still no poor management how is my appointment at 11:45 and it’s 2:30 now and still not be called??? Not sure if they are always poor staff but expect to be here for at least 4 hours. I have witnessed the registration lady's putting calls on hold because their personal conversation is too important than you. This is why they never pick up the phone! Where is the management looking after the staff? I mean come on!!!!! People don't have all day!!!!

They are the worst. I’ve been calling for 2days and no one answering the phone. How am I’m going to get my children info for school and no one picks up. Smh throw the phones all away if no one is going to do their job

This place lack consideration and compassion. It take weeks to set an appointment. Don’t leave a message no one’s going to respond. Wait time with appointment is at least 2 or more hours. Then HIPPA is violated when asked personal information at front desk where patients are waiting. Although doctors are ok the assistants are lazy; half their time at work is conversations among one another and nothing to do with the job.
