I just moved up north and was trying to find a new primary. I called to ask if they do simple Allergy shots and the girl proceeded with a Snyde tone that she needs a order and can’t just give shots out. I’ve never been told that before in 25 years she wasn’t Informative at all and did not make me feel comfortable or even welcomed so I just hung up took my services elsewhere. It’s a shame how hard and stressful getting simple Services in Montanas healthcare clinic are😡

I’ve been to their convenient care now several times all for different variety of things and they never fail to make you wait at least and hour. This last time I was in, I was attempting to get my boyfriend seen for nausea that he has had for three days. Two days in a row and 5 hrs collectively, we haven’t even seen a nurse. Better yet, when we call, we found out they hadn’t even checked us in or added us to the queue. No one even knew we were there trying to be seen. Not impressed and did not feel valued at all. I ended up going all the way to Missoula, because Polson clinic was closed.

I have been seeing doctor's here fir over 10 years now and have been taken care if extremely well and usually won't go anywhere else
