I have a lot of problems with the referrals for my daughter and twice I have to go 4 times to get them and they tell me that they already sent them by mail and I get to my appointment and it turns out that it's lies they think that because I don't speak English no I deserve respect I asked to speak to his supervisor and that he was not there that was the answer the last time I went 3 times and that the doctor was not there that the nurse was eating as I called in the morning and he told me that that day I could stop by referred and 4 hours later I go and no because the nurse is eating she did not have 5 minutes to print a paper that is disrespect very bad your workers are not very serious thank you

At this office the ENT doctor is NOT helpful is extremely rude, careless, and unprofessional. I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to this facility.

The security guard was very unprofessional on her phone without mask but than as soon as I walk through she stopped me and said how can i help you and told me that i should’ve had a mask on when she just put hers on she claimed that unfortunately today they wont be able to see me i asked why i just called and said that they are closing at 5pm instead of the actual time that it supposed to 7pm
