We do not have apartments specifically for seniors, no. We rent to anyone that qualifies based on our criteria.
Sunrise Village is not a low-income community. We require that all applicants make at least 3 times the rent in verifiable monthly income, so that we know they can afford the rent and all other living expenses.
No this is not low income housing
