People are allowed to have surround sound systems with subwoofer. My apartment is constantly vibrating, my bed is also vibrating and shaking. I have not a a peaceful night sleep since I moved in. This is described as a senior and disabled living facility There is no reason to have that kind of power in a apartment building. Management knows who it is and what they have. This is not privately owned. This is subsidized housing and there had to be rules against the type of problem. Management is no help when it comes to complaints. I am differently looking for another place to live. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a absolute 0

I work there as a home health aide for an elderly lady..The Pavilion is pretty much a Senior Citizens building..I don't think so..Kids can come visit their grandparents..
