I moved in Lotus 315 in June 2021... the building is very modern but I feel it was built too fast as were a lot of random problems from the 1st week of moving in like a ceiling leak, cracked floors, and always something. The gym is under-equipped and the “amenities” are blah. I moved out in May of 2022 and it is now September and I have yet to receive my deposit back. The manager Frederich appears to be dodging my calls. I 1st had to show proof of my deposit (which makes no sense because it’s a mandatory month and a half of rent before moving in) and now that I did he’s has not been calling me back, when I called front deal I over heard him telling the gentleman on the phone to say he wasn’t there. Totally unprofessional, I definitely will NOT recommend lotus 315.

Don’t move here it’s overpriced for no reason they have new manager I believe Dominican guy so rude can’t even say good morning to tenants just walk by pass people like don’t even care about the tenants they had a lady before was better nicer they charge you 30$ for guest parking it’s ridiculous and they only care about getting their money no amenities you can’t even enjoy it once my lease is up am out.

The new manager Frederich is great. He has changed the environment to a pleasant and friendly place to live. I love his staff, everyone is extremely helpful and nice. The apartment building is very inviting, clean and has a family community.
