My daughter file her tax since March 7, 2020 still waiting on her refund. Try calling the office no answer send email over a week no answer. I try to track refund online no information found. I am not sure what is going on, if it was done correctly or they input the wrong social security number. I send email again today and left voice mail message will wait to see if I get a response if not will take the next step.

Came by this office but it was closed. Called all day but no answer. Yet online it says it’s open. Plus you can’t leave a message. When is it really opened?
