Recently moved into one of Garden Hills apartment buildings and I really like it for the most part. About a mile outside the downtown area, all your daily needs can be found within walking distance. Maintenance does a nice job. Thank you Lilly and Thank you Andrew!! You guys are the best.

I’ve had a few apartments with Garden Hill Apartments over the years and I can’t complain. Their apartments are affordable, utilities are included, maintenance is always available, and the staff in the leasing office are very helpful. The process to get a apartment is easy , and they’re willing to work with you to help you find a apartment that works with your needs. I also never had any rodent/bug issues because they are very persistent on making sure pest control comes often. Andrew liburdi is the reason I rate Garden Hill Apartments 5 stars, if I ever needed anything, had questions, or issues, he was willing to help without any hesitation, I’ve always had great communication with him along with others in the office so without a doubt I wouldn’t mind renting with them again for a fourth time. I do recommend Garden Hill Apartments.

Andy is a very genuine person he helps alot when needed. Any concern or problem Andy will handle it with no problem. I appreicate his work for taking well care of the tentants as family.
