Not even worthy of a single star. It took 21/2 hours of our time to open the account, two days to set up online access, and then flagged the first transactions as fraudulent. You can’t make this stuff up.

I have come to the Trumbull chase in Hartford for assistance and they have not attended me, there is always only one representative and they never have time to attend me even if they come 2 hours in advance. This branch has terrible service. Went in last week to close an account I no longer needed (not because I was having any problems with the account or Chase) and had a VERY pleasant experience. The manager was absolutely wonderful and helped me in no time. Thank you again!

Metered street parking close by on Trumbull St unless you park at a garage then it a bit of a walk, maybe 5-10 minutes.
No appointment is necessary just go in
