Staff here needs to use words to answer questions and not body movements. I can’t see your slight head shake through the dark glass. I know Hartford has more awkward people since this isn’t the city but I wish there was a standard everywhere. Also, it is inappropriate to have a sold out sign for monthly bus tickets. You aren’t sold out. You are just choosing to not make more. Please use the correct language here. Obviously if you wanted to offer monthly bus passes, you would. You aren’t sold out. It just creates an odd impression that you are bs’ing everyone when really, a business decision was made to not sell more. You can’t sell out of something you never had to begin with.

I wish I didn't have to give them any Stars, My wife waited for the 161, Across the way from her, Their were other people too, He didn't let them get on the Bus, to stay warm, It was close to a hour before he moved, Ct Transit SUCKS!..
