This pharmacy is always struggling. They change their hours whenever, the drive thru is always closed, are consistently understaffed, and rarely answer the phone. All these things make them very unreliable to receive your pharmacy needs.

There's a reason that most, if not all, pharmacies in Baton Rouge have less than two stars. This particular CVS pharmacy has a quirk in never answering the phone or, weirdly enough, refilling prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They always promise my Rx will be filled the next day but it never is. Every month i have to go in 5 days in a row to get anything filled. And they never answer the phone when i call, I've waited for up to an hour on hold. Take your business to any other pharmacy.
