Management is horrible!! They never ever call you back even when you have any problems. There's no way to contact maintenance and they keep raising the rent and you get nothing for it! Don't rent from them!!

I moved in on February 9 2022 and by 14th the rodents and roaches are everywhere. Called the office had to leave several messages with no response. It was so horrible my first three weeks called the housing and health department and they was sited for a few validation. Filed a escrow complaint because the mice are so bad they now digging holes in my house plants soil. It a two bedroom apartment but we had to put towels at every entrance to keep them out . We now sleep in one room. Right now I can hear them chewing in the walls. I can’t have my day in court because they can’t serve the landlord. Can someone please tell who that is and the location of that office .. this inhumane . Note I pay market rent. Seeking help and giving you a warning it’s a nasty mess

Honestly I thought my last management was bad which they were but I mean atleast maintenance came out and I didn't have a mice problem smh I'm renting in Baltimore and NEVER TF again these are own by white ppl who just don't gaf my leasing office never answers I've even try emailing those over top of her which would be yall and even y'all don't respond this is SAD because I work very hard for my money just to never been satisfied since moving here I can't wait for my lease to be up PLEASE BELIEVE REVIEWS

Please do not rent with this company is all about ripping people. Don’t do it !!! Life is hard as if you don’t need this run!! They purchased our apartment complex did a couple of update on some apartments. N now want to over charge other people . None of them have no idea what going on but just added ridiculous fees . But my apartment was never update same stuff from when I move biggest mistake was choosing to stay .
