Frequent customer. Always ready to accommodate and customize orders as well as flexibility on standard orders.

It breaks my heart to give this place a 1 star because they don’t deserve any star at all. The owner is so rude and disrespectful. He speak to the customers how ever he please and when he’s corrected he’s quick to tell you to exit the store. Save yourself the trouble and bring your business elsewhere because this place sure don’t deserve it. I’m pretty sure the only reason they’re still in business is because they’re the only trophy shop in East Orange and it’s convenient for the resident. I will never step foot in this place again and I hope he never step foot in my business either because he will get the same treatment he gave me.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE at this place has absolutely sucked each and every time I have entered the store. The workers do not greet you, they will not help you or even make you feel welcomed for coming inside the store. When I walked into this store last Tuesday/Wednesday, i stood there for about 60 awkward seconds. I noticed there was an employee at the counter helping another customer and an employee on the phone. The employee helping the customer said hello, and I responded with hello. He did not reassure that someone would be right with menor that it would be a wait or anything. He said one word, which was hello, and then he continued to engage in the conversation with the customer. The other man seemed to become frustrated on the phone with a customer. When he hung the phone up and huffed and puffed and complained verbally about the customers phone request. He stood there for a while then finally asked "are you picking up or dropping off" in a frustrated voice(as if he were still frustrated with the customer on the phone). I simply said "im here to drop off my tshirt to print my logo on it, i just want to make sure it will be done friday evening by the latest". The man responded as if I had asked him to do the unknown. As a small business owner I understand that business can be overwhelming, if you simply have to decline a service (DO JUST THAT), but as a business there is a certain way to respond to customers. The man responded in a rude tone "i dont think they'll be done by friday", i then responded "thats okay, thanks i'll just go some place else" and i begin to walk out the door. As i made my way to the door i heard the employees talking about me, the man that told me they would not be able to service me was explaining to the other man that I wanted to put my logo on a bunch of tshirts and they needed to be done by friday. As I overheard them talking i yelled in response "i only wanted my logo put on one tshirt but okay". The employee that was helping another customer chased me out the door explaining that they could service me if I only wanted one tshirt done and that they were swamped with work. I responded "okay i understand, its just a matter of customer service thats all", however the employee that helped me the first time overheard me say this and began to complaing saying "what did i even do wrong?, i didnt even do anything", at this point, i refused service and i let the employee know that he was acting like a child and i left the store. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've walked in this store the customer service has been terrible. The last time, was only the icing on the cake. I will not spend money somewhere that my business is not appreciated and where i am not respected and TREATED as a customer. As an employee and an adult, we should stand up to the way we act and control our emotions - rather than to allow our frustrations and negative attitudes to loose customers. I will never spend my money here again, and I recommend that other small business owners spend their hard earned money elsewhere!!!!!!
