First of all, there is no security. We have no front door keys. Today I stepped on broken glass while getting into my vehicle because ANOTHER car was broken into and management does not care. We have two washers and one dryer in each building - in a gross, unsafe, unfinished basement with minimal lighting - and they have they audacity to raise our rent. Do not live here.

Million Tumisso

My move-in into the Village Club of Royal Oak was smooth. I appreciate Kai-Anne Radcliffe. Her approach and customer service are wonderful. She gave me a thorough tour of the pool, fineness center, and clubhouse. It has been five days since I moved to this apartment complex, and the experience I am having is good.

Better Unsaid

By far the worst complex I’ve lived in. Too much to explain, you can take it from every other terrible review left by unhappy tenants. Constant floods, front door changes with new keys (had to turn in old key but old key is still needed for back doors which pet owners use everyday to take out dogs and was told by one of the managers to “deal with it for now”) , miscommunication of rules between leasing agents, broken AC for 2 summers, renovated rooms had to have been built under the influence of god knows what, crooked room door frames, closet door doesn’t even fit in the closet frame. It’s insane.
