Typically, nothing is more nerve-wracking than taking your damaged vehicle in for a repair quote - especially if you're paying out of pocket. My experience with B&B was not typical. Randy was very professional, flexible, and considerate to my concerns. I brought in my high performance vehicle to have some broken grille pieces replaced and Randy gave me a fair price and also allowed me to bring my own parts in, which allowed me to save a couple more bucks. His team repaired my front grille quickly, and due to everything leading up to the drop-off, I had no anxiousness about them handling the vehicle with care and executing the replacement perfectly. Will be returning for any future body work! Edit: I forgot to mention that my final cost ended up being lower than the estimate because it took slightly less time than anticipated. Now that's good customer service!
