Desert Springs Senior Living is a quality organization that truly cares about both it's employees and residents. I recently had the opportunity to tour the community and was impressed by the fun atmosphere and friendly team. There was live entertainment in the dining room, front desk was helpful and kind, and the community has recently had renovation work completed. It looks great! The team at Desert Springs was awesome. They clearly have passion for what they do and are striving to get better every day. I can confidently recommend this community as a great place in Las Vegas for any senior looking for an awesome community or a family looking for a safe and caring home for a loved one. My friends father is a current resident. I urge anyone with older parents not to consider this facility. My friends dad , Bill Miller has complained about the lack of care and concern and I have proof of their negligence recently. Bill suffered a stroke 2 weeks ago and was in physical therapy last week. Soon after returning home he fell. Luckily it wasn’t a severe fall but at his age any fall is serious . Bill Miller fought in both WWII and the Korean War and is the recipient of 2 Purple Heart medals. My friend hasn’t been able to get a hold of Bill all day and has called the desert springs senior living front desk all day with no answer. It blows my mind that a senior living facility doesn’t have an after hours staff or at the very least provide an after hours number to call in case of an emergency. I wish I could have rated zero stars.

My mother has been living at the desert springs senior living for 4 years now and has enjoyed everyday there. The staff is very nice and professional and all of them from the chef to housekeepers have been there from day one i admitted my mother which makes me feel good The facility even though older than most it is very clean and well maintained.The welcoming staff is always friendly when i come to visit and my mother is enjoying all the activities they have to offer. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having to make that dificult decision in life.

The staff at Desert Springs is phenomenal! They are so very attentive and always personable. Lunch always looks great, and the salon is adorable. They regularly have fun activities and outings for the residents to enjoy. You cannot beat all of the arrangements for their price point!
