Very nice people answering the phones, but it ends with that. My girlfriend ran out of her meds at the end of Saturday. The Friday before a message was left with no response. Monday morning I called more then 8 times and left as many messages with many different operators on the phone. I was given the excuse of Mondays are busy. If you can’t take care of the patients you have then don’t take on new ones. Nobody should have to go without necessary meds for any period of time. With all the messages I left I was told the only way to get in touch with the doctor is by email. This makes zero sense.I don’t know what else to say but “Do your job “ !!!

Doctors and nurses are great but it’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone. I’m not even sure why they call and leave messages asking for you to call them back.
